Why did we have to come to a world that nerfed our weapons?

I worked with a blacksmith to make this! I designed it and implemented the spirit stone into it. When it actually works, a blade made from magical energy will appear here. I can also make it grow bigger or change into claws as needed.

It doesn't fly like a broom would. The head stays on the ground while the handle can extend. I just sit on the handle part.
