Maybe Eden? The tea garden is relaxing.

It is pretty nice there. [ Pulling book down and flipping through the pages ]

We could take a few books over there later.

That'd be nice. I wouldn't mind laying on the grass and reading some books.

[ Idly wanders over to the shelves.

His vibes are neutral at first, but there's a sudden pang of longing.

We won't be all together much longer. ]

Alright! We can make an afternoon of it.

[ Before Mathis' last supper...

There's a dip in her emotions at that. Placing her book down on a table as her gaze settles on his back ]

That's why I want to make the most of what time we have now.

[ There is that bittersweet feeling again and fondness ]

[ Ah. He glances back at her, embarrassed at being caught. ]

Yeah. I think we're all on the same page, since Camille is planning that dinner.

[ She'll try to temper her own emotions as she smiles. ]

I think so, too. [ There's black words appearing on her arm and she'll just fold both of them behind her back. Might be a bit unfair that she's seeing his thoughts, but there are some secrets that shouldn't be shared. ]

I do wish we had more time.

[turbulency]

[ Watches her do that, curious, but he's not going to press. ]

Me too. It'd be nice to be with everyone without the threat of death and lack of showers hanging over us too.

[ He's too nice. ]

We'll be able to once this is all over, right?

[ If she says it enough times, it'll make this easier, right? She can't help but feel an ache there under the warmth that she's feeling. While she does believe they will get this done and they will all see each other, they may not have moments like these ever again. ]

He's not sure if he has as much belief as she does, and he doesn't want to say something he doesn't believe in.

So he wanders over to settle a hand on her head. ]

I hope so. It'll be pretty lonely otherwise.

With him being so close, it's harder to keep a lid on the affection that she feels. If kissgate didn't happen, she never would have been aware of this.

She gives him a reassuring smile as she places her hand on his side. ]

If it doesn't, I'll be sure to haunt you. You won't be able to get rid of me.

[ Keeping her tone light, even if there's a touch of sorrow to her feelings now ]

[ Sorry he's such a pessimist.

The affection catches him off guard, and he seems a little shy in return. He sets it aside when he feels the sorrow though, mustering his own resolve because he doesn't want her to lose any of hers. ]

Haunt me? You're talking to an exorcist, you know.

[ Amused, he flicks her forehead again. ]

But I'd let you stay.

[ The shyness unfortunately makes him even cuter.

She is just going to loop both of her arms around him as she leans against him.

Making a face at the forehead flick. ]

Hee! Even if you decide to exorcise me, I'd find a way back. [ She is all about doing the impossible when it comes down to it. ]
