Lilies are nice. [a little absently, but the island does likely have so many.] They last for a while, too. What color do you think would look best?

A red? Or even a nice purple if we can find it. Red might be more common though and easier to find on the island.

I think red would look good with her! Maybe if we spot purple, we can add it in. [ they don't have to go out of their way though. ]

Let's see what we can find, shall we? [onward!! and there is, in fact, a whole bed of red lilies near the center of town.] What about those?

I think those will do nicely. [ time to lead her over to them ] What colors do you like in flowers?

Bright ones, really. The ones that grow in my church where I'm from are yellow. But there're some white and red ones that have managed to grow outside of my house, too. Flowers are meant to be cheerful, don't'cha think?
